I cannot say enough about container solutions. John and his entire staff are incredible. Their customer service is outstanding. Every time I call I need something container related they are quick to answer the phone, helpful in answering my questions, and very quick to execute an order when I need a container. On our last container delivery it was A tight spot that took a little maneuvering above and beyond what someone dropping off a container would probably have to deal with, but the staff was incredible. Their experience and skill allowed us to nestle a container into a very small space and we couldn't be happier. If you ever need containers for storage or anything else to be placed on your property, this is the place I would highly recommend calling. It really doesn't get any better! 5-stars all the way!
Echoing the other 5-star reviews. Just had our 40-foot container picked up again that we rented during a remodel. The whole process from renting to delivering and now picking up again was super simple. Delivery and pickup were both scheduled within a few days of calling. Monthly invoicing, automatically charged to my CC made it straightforward. Contact over the phone was helpful and knowledgeable.
This is a perfect and low cost method for storing stuff between moves. I run a charity to help widows and they were very accommodating to us and the widow. They deliver various sized containers that have been modified and refinished for storage on land. They are extremely sturdy and have nice security hardware installed on them. Less than half the cost of renting a storage locker and these shipping containers are huge in comparison.
We were lucky (blessed) to find Container Solutions. The driver, Louis, moved our 24'x8' container and he didn't complain about the unpaved driveway, the traffic or our busy street. He backed the container down the side access of our home, safely maneuvered it through an arbor gate, and put the container just where we wanted it, which took extra work and effort on his part. Not only did we have our container moved satisfactorily, Louis was a pleasure to work with.
These guys were great to work with many years back when I needed storage. They came, I loaded, they left. Super simple. I was able to easily schedule appointments at their warehouse in Hayward to see my stuff. I would definitely recommend this service.
